Very disappointed with my experience. I took my 2015 Toyota RAV4 through this car wash, and when I came out, the hood had noticeable white and yellowish stains that were not there before. Instead of taking responsibility or offering to inspect the issue, the staff immediately told me it was my car’s paint. My vehicle did not have these marks before entering the car wash. I expected better customer service and a willingness to help resolve the problem. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

This is essentially a gas station level car wash charging “spa” prices. I tried this place out because I received a free coupon after getting an oil change at The Lube Center in Gaithersburg. I upgraded my wash so I ended up paying $13 for the silver wash but I believe without the coupon it would’ve been about $33. The operational set up of this car wash is chaos and myself and several other customers seemed to be confused throughout the whole process. They had a big blue ball halfway infront on the entrance so it wasn’t clear if they were still taking new customers via that entrance. It took several minutes and a line to clarify. Cashier was friendly, but after that I received little to no communication from any other employee. Not sure how they decide which lane you go in after the car wash but they had me pull up dangerously close to the car in line before me. There was no clear standard procedure on where to wait, whether to leave your keys, etc and when I asked for clarification the employees just seemed inconvenienced. The detailing lanes post wash have you blocked in by the customer before and after you and I noticed that the level of detail they gave to each car depen

Great service! My ar hasn't looked that amazing in months. Would be nice if theyvahd an actual waiting area. The benches with the music blaring is not the ideal situation but I made it work. The air fresheners were great! There was a sign for refreshments but I saw none other than what the employees picked up from 7-11 next door.

Isiah, Anthony and the young lady cleaning cars & directing traffic are the faces of the place. Keep up the good work guys! SPOTLESS cleaning & EXCELLENT customer service! (Keep in mind the line of cars was wrapped around the plaza, they’re a popular place.) I was going to Flagship for a year in VA and they suckkkk. Germantown Auto Spa MD all the way!

Disorganized, long waits, and rude staff – twice now I’ve been to Auto Spa Germantown twice, and both visits were bad experiences. It took over 20 minutes just to get into the car wash, with cars sitting and waiting for no clear reason while others cut in. There is no line, no order, and no traffic control. Cars were honking constantly, people were visibly angry, and several vehicles left out of frustration. The situation felt chaotic and completely avoidable. Staff made no effort to organize traffic or explain the delays, and when customers asked questions, the responses were rude and unhelpful. The lack of basic customer service and crowd management is unacceptable. After two bad experiences, I won’t be returning. I would not recommend this place unless major changes are made.
